Classic 4-bedroom 1 bath third level unit apartment with hardwood flooring and updated appliances. Stay near Old Harbor beaches, Moakley Park, walk to Andrew T for Red Line, plenty of food options and stores nearby, tucked between a narrow and quiet street in the middle of an exciting industrial district that's near the coast.

All access point are with keyless locks.

South Boston is a very large neighborhood composed of several districts. This apartment is closer to the beach districts of the East Side (City Point and Dorchester Heights).

Neighborhood / Area is known for:
- Charming row-house architecture
- Gourmet markets
- Waterfront nightlife

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of your deliveries as we don't want to cause disturbance to other neighbors. Particularly using the doorbell for unit 1. It is best to instruct your delivery guy to use the right doorbell or if possible, late night deliveries to avoid any potential complaints.

This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.
