This bedroom comes with a twin bedroom, equipped with a standard queen-sized bed and a twin bed, fluffy pillows and clean linens, desk and storage space, good lighting and a complete shared bathroom. There is a small room with a twin-sized bed within the bedroom, perfect for an extra guest, or a cozy little reading spot!

Guests are given complete access to the kitchen to cook meals, dine and socialize; the living room to lounge; the laundry space for washing and drying, and other common areas within the apartment, which are also completely accessible to guests.

The apartment and all bedroom doors come with a specialized keyless access lock (you will be given your own code). Utilities are all included and cleaning of all common spaces are done each week.

The guest has access to the private bedroom, shared bathroom and all other common areas inside the unit.

Upon booking, the guest will asked to provide additional information through an intake form and by providing a photo ID.
Specific apartment details are in a House Manual provided prior to check-in.

* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 10 PM until 7 AM.
* All private rooms are cleaned before check-in / after check-out.
* All common areas, including the shared bathrooms, are cleaned weekly.
* On-property parking is currently unavailable. Guests are obliged to check rules for parking on-street or try SpotHero.

Reservation Requirements:
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
